The Clark-Shawnee Local Board of Education will hold a special Board meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 7:45 p.m. at Clark Shawnee Administration Office, 3680 Selma Road, Springfield, the purpose of personnel, and executive session.


 Kindergarten - 6:30-7:00

 Elementary - 4:30-6:00

 Middle School - 6:30-8:00

 High School - 7:00-8:30

Clark-Shawnee Places Levy on Nov. 8 Ballot to Renovate SHS, Build New Elementary

The facilities plan, identified by the community as the preferred way to move forward, will unite all kindergarten through 6th grade students in one facility, and renovate Shawnee High School to create a middle school within the building. 

New Vaccination Requirement for Students Entering Grades 7 & 12

State law requires students entering the grades 7 & 12 to have 2 immunizations for entry into school. All students entering the grades 7 & 12 must receive one dose of Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria and acellular pertussis) and, beginning with the 2016-17 school year, one dose of MCV4 (meningococcal conjugate vaccine 4-strain protection). Your child may have already had these vaccines, so please check with your healthcare provider.

Shawnee Team Doctor Wins State Honors

Dr. David Galluch, Shawnee High School's team doctor, received the Ohio  Ohio Athletic Trainer’s Association 2016 Team Physician Award on Friday, May 13.

Reid Elementary School Honored as School of Promise

Clark-Shawnee's Reid Elementary School is the only school from Clark and surrounding counties to earn the distinction as a School of Promise.
