Students who sold 25 or more items for our fall PTO fundraiser enjoyed a fun celebration on a limo bus and grabbed pizza!
Thank you to everyone who helped honor our veterans this week! The program this morning for 5th and 6th grades and their invited veterans was very special! Approximately twenty-five veterans were in attendance. Honor Flight was presented with the cards and placemats the students have made and the flag that art class students made. Special thanks go to Mrs. Hill, Reid Music Teacher, and her choir for their wonderful selections. Mrs.Karr, Reid Art Teacher, and her students for the flag, cards, placemats, and veterans' nametags. We enjoyed special readings by 6th graders Clay and Silas and 5th grader Phoebe. Thank you to Mary Palmer from Home Road Nazarene Church for donating items for the goodies bags that veterans received. A huge thanks to Ms. Scott, Reid Counselor, and Mrs. Womacks, Reid Librarian who coordinated this fabulous event! Let us always remember the sacrifices that our veterans have made for our freedom!
