About Clark-Shawnee Schools

The Clark-Shawnee School District is located in Clark County, Ohio, serving the communities of Springfield Township, Bethel Township, and the city of Springfield. About 1700 students learn in our schools each day, attending Shawnee High School (9-12), Shawnee Middle School (7-8), or Shawnee Elementary School (PreK-6).

Our teachers, staff, and leadership strive daily to uphold our community's longstanding traditions of academic excellence and fiscal responsibility.

In 2017, the community generously voted to invest in school facilities through a funding partnership with the state to construct a new PK-6th grade elementary school and renovated 7th-12th grade learning spaces on the Shawnee High School campus.
