Clark-Shawnee is Going to Peru!

Vamos a Perú!

We are thrilled to announce that Clark-Shawnee students will have the opportunity to travel to Peru for an exciting and enriching international experience in 2026! This trip will offer our students a unique chance to explore a new culture, learn about Peru’s environment, practice their Spanish, and engage in global learning beyond the classroom. The Science, Social Studies, and Spanish Departments are offering this trip for students who have completed Spanish III, Biology, or Western Civilization courses, or plan to take one during the 2025-2026 school year.

From the vibrant Amazon to the ancient wonders of Machu Picchu, this trip will be filled with unforgettable experiences, educational adventures, and meaningful connections. Our students will have the chance to experience Peruvian traditions, explore breathtaking landscapes, and immerse themselves in the Spanish language while gaining a deeper understanding of the world around them.

We are excited for those who will participate and look forward to sharing their experiences with the entire Clark-Shawnee community. Stay tuned for updates, photos, and stories as we prepare for — and embark on — this amazing adventure in 2026!

Students who enroll for the trip by May 23, 2025, will qualify for a $200 discount on the trip's cost.
