Exchange Club Youth of the Month: Aidan Anon

Aidan Anon, Shawnee High School Class of 2025, was selected to represent Clark-Shawnee as the Youth of the Month at The Exchange Club of Springfield. Each Youth of the Month received a certificate of recognition, a $100 honorarium, and an opportunity to compete for the Youth of the Year Award. The Youth of the Year Award is an essay contest with a $1,000 college scholarship award.

The Youth of the Month award "recognizes hard-working high school students who attain high levels of scholastic achievement, community involvement, and leadership," explains the National Exchange Club.

Aidan accepted the award at the Exchange Club of Springfield's January 14, 2025 meeting. "We are once again amazed by the accomplishments of each of the senior high school students," said the Springfield Exchange Club.
