Location Kuss Performing Arts Center
More Information (Directions)

Clark-Shawnee Local is proud to present Sounds of the Season, our annual holiday music concert with performances by Shawnee ES Choirs in grades 3-6, Shawnee MS choirs and bands, as well as the Shawnee HS choirs, bands, and orchestra. In the past, there was a charge for tickets. Due to increased ticket fees, the district has sought sponsors to make this a FREE event for our families and community.

Tickets- All tickets need to be picked up at the Clark-State Performing Arts Center (Kuss Auditorium) at 300 S Fountain Ave from the box office located in the main lobby. Please only request the number of tickets you plan to use. If you end up with extra tickets, please return them to Shawnee High School so they can be given out to those that may need them. Handicapped seating will be reserved seating so let the box office know if  handicap seating is needed. The box office hours are Tuesday 1 pm to 4:30 pm and Thursday 8 am to noon. Performers and chaperones do not need a ticket, but must enter through the Monroe St door. Since the tickets are free, you will not have a designated seat. There will be some reserved seating for handicapped and our school board members and administration. Please be thoughtful of others by not saving multiple seats or leaving singleton seats between large groups of people. Fill in to the left or right as much as possible. If you have a ticket, you will have a seat.

Masks- To comply with Clark State College protocols, everyone in attendance is required to wear a mask upon arrival to the Performing Arts Center. Students must wear a mask when not on stage. When performing, a student may choose to remove their mask, but will need to put it on after performing. This is a Clark State College protocol to which we must adhere while using their facility.
